Safety rules

The rules it follows on every call.

Your shop's name is on the line when it picks up. These rules are built in for every shop, and the urgent list is yours to add to.

Always

Says what it is, first.

Its first sentence tells the caller it is an AI assistant for your shop and that the call is recorded.

"Hi, this is the AI assistant for your shop, and this call is recorded."

Gets urgent calls to a person.

Anything that sounds like fire, sparks, gas, no heat or no power goes straight to your cell, or to a live person you name, with a text summary so nothing is lost.

Puts safety ahead of the booking.

If a caller mentions fire, smoke or a gas smell, it tells them to get out and call 911 before anything else.

Keeps a record.

Every call is recorded and summarized, and you get every recording, so you can hear exactly what was said.

Never

Quotes prices.

Prices come from you, after you see the job. When a caller asks, it says so and books the estimate.

Diagnoses.

It writes down the problem in the caller's own words. It never guesses what is wrong or tells a caller how to fix it.

Promises arrival times.

It offers open slots from your calendar. It never tells a caller someone is on the way.

Calls anyone on its own.

It answers calls to your shop. It makes no sales calls, and it only calls someone back when they ask.

Urgent calls

What sends a call straight to you.

When a caller says any of these, it stops booking and starts connecting. You can add your own, like no cooling on a 105 degree day.
