Privacy and opt-out
Privacy, in plain words.
We never sell or reuse client call data. Here is what we collect, why, and how to make us stop.
The short version
- We never sell personal information, and we never share it for advertising.
- Call data from a shop's phone office belongs to that shop. We use it only to run that shop's service, and we never reuse it for anyone else.
- This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no ad trackers or analytics scripts.
- If you want us to stop emailing you, reply "stop" and we stop.
This website
The site is a set of plain pages. It sets no cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and the page requested) to keep the site running and secure. The fonts load from Google Fonts. The recording request form does not send anything to us: it opens your own email app, and nothing is sent until you press send.
When you email or call us
We keep what you send us (your name, shop, contact details and what you asked) so we can answer you and do the work you ask for. We don't sell it or add it to anyone else's list.
Shops on the phone office
When a caller reaches a shop's phone office, it records the call and takes down the caller's name, number, address and problem. That information belongs to the shop. We use it only to answer the call, book the job, alert the owner and make the monthly report.
- We never sell it, share it for marketing, or use it for another shop.
- The shop can get a copy of its recordings, call log and customer details at any time.
- When a shop cancels, we send it everything, and we delete our copy when the shop asks.
- If you called a shop and want your recording or details removed, ask the shop, or email us and we will pass it on and help.
Email from Sam and Jeff
Some emails come from Sam Brooks, AI assistant to Jeff Welch, Three Phase. Sam is an AI and says so in every email. Every email includes our mailing address and a way to opt out.
How to opt out
- Reply "stop" or "unsubscribe" to any email from Sam or Jeff.
- Or email jeff@chainreactionlabs.com with "opt out" in the subject.
We stop emailing you right away, and always within 10 business days. We never make sales calls by AI, and we never text you for marketing.
California residents
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email jeff@chainreactionlabs.com. We don't sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front, and we won't treat you differently for asking.
