Three Phase is a service of Chain Reaction Labs Inc., Jeff's company, based in Tracy. The website designs we use were first built for a 30-year-old roofing company in Lathrop.

Sam writes to shop owners, answers questions from a script Jeff wrote and approved, and passes everything else to Jeff. Sam never makes phone calls. Reply "stop" to any email from Sam and you won't hear from us again.

- Reviews
- We ask every customer for a review. We never pay for reviews and never filter out the bad ones.
- Every email we send has our mailing address, a subject line that says what it is about, and a working way to opt out.
- Calls
- No AI sales calls, ever. The phone office answers calls to your shop and calls back only when a caller asks.
- Your data
- We never sell or reuse your call data. It is yours, and it leaves with you.
- Prices
- Every price is on the pricing page. Month to month, no setup fee on the phone office.
Separately, Jeff buys shops from owners who want to retire, and that is never tied to this service.
